We offer a countCAM device repair service to help keep your investment in our camera system in the field and functioning beyond our manufacturer's warranty.  We will accept a wide range of repairs from non-functioning cameras to broken and damaged parts. Our total repair costs range from $200 to $400, but we only require a $100 deposit to receive and diagnose your camera. 

Please note that this pay for repair service only applies to countCAM3s (internal components only), countCAM3+s (internal components only), and countCAM4s.

Here's how it works:

1. To initiate a repair service we require a $100 deposit per device. Please make the purchase on this page; add to cart and then proceed to check out. 

• The deposit covers shipping the countCAM to our Minneapolis office. After the deposit is purchased we will email you a shipping label.

2. Once we receive the camera we will open it up and run diagnostics on the device within 10 business days.  

3. After determining the problem we will send you an invoice to complete the payment for the repair. 

• The total cost of the repair, including the $100 deposit will range from $200 to $400.  
• Not all devices can be repaired. 
• Return shipping costs are included in the repair. 

4. Please allow 10 business days from the invoice payment to complete the repair and ship from our office.  Shipping times will vary and are in addition to the 10 business day repair time. 

5. If you elect to not repair your camera, we can dispose of it for you at no cost or return your camera.
